Gautam Bajaj

Gautam specialises in Commercial and Civil disputes, particularly in the field of arbitration. Gautam has pursued a Master’s degree in Commercial and Corporate Laws from Queen Mary, University of London. Previously, he has clerked with a former Justice of the Supreme Court of India and has also gained in depth experience in the field of International Commercial and Domestic Arbitration and litigation at the Chambers of a prominent senior counsel in Delhi. Gautam frequently advises and represents Indian Affiliates of overseas Companies, HNIs, Indian Companies and other entities before the Supreme Court, the Delhi High Court, Trial Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, NCDRC and various arbitral tribunals.
